Though it is unfair to say that the Museum’s photo collection is only made up of boats, it is true that a large portion of the images we have are of boats. Scout has become a great addition to the team here at the museum and brings light and joy to the office with a big smile and a wagging tail. It was a difficult task to choose just ten photos out of a list of over sixty candidates for the “Snapshots of Memory” exhibition. Anna, our Digitisation Project Officer, writes again about the process of selecting the photographs that got displayed, while reflecting on those that were shortlisted.
